Our application fee is $35 per applicant. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs.
A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply.
The following restricted breeds, or any mixture thereof, are prohibited within the community. This list may not be all-inclusive, please contact our leasing team for more details.

Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.
Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.
For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

Service requests may be submitted online using our Resident Portal or by calling our leasing team at (410) 559-9754. Emergency service may be requested during non-business hours by calling (410) 288-8266.
Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.
If you're locked out of your apartment during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 559-9754 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.
After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.
I love the maintenance team and the office personal. Everyone is very helpful and professional. This complex has met my every expectation. If you are looking for a great place live I would recommend you to stop in. Oh did I say that the staff is AWESOME.
My wife and I have enjoyed our time living at Hallfield Apartments. We love the convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Our apartment complex is very well kept up and we enjoy the small quiet community that we live in.
The management staff is very understanding and professional they go beyond their means to help people in this community the maintenance staff is very thorough professional and knowledgeable and they are very punctual when I request a service call.
Recently moved to Hallfield for just a one year term and have been very pleased with the complex. Leona in the leasing office is extremely helpful, efficient, and professional. The maintenance team is top-notch with response[s] to requests and will immediately come for after-hours emergency issues. The rent and utility charges are very reasonable. Parking and common areas are well lit. Would recommend if you are looking to move to this area.
Love it. Have had absolutely no issues since we have moved in. The office staff has been nothing but accommodating since we got here. The area is amazing and in great proximity to most desirable places in the area.

The staff is polite, helpful and efficient. The apartment was move in ready . The staff was in constant communication with me. Maintenance has been very responsive. I am enjoying my new apartment home so far.
This place is awesome so far. Leona was very helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone in the leasing office was very welcoming and sweet as well. My son and I love the apartment. Everything is renovated and looks just like the pictures on the site. I would recommend this place.
