Typical move-in costs may include an application fee of $35 per applicant. Once you’re approved, your security deposit and any pet fees (if applicable) are due at lease signing.
6) What lease terms do you offer?
Most residents choose a 12-month lease. We may also offer 6-month leases at a premium based on availability and timing.
7) What are the income and screening requirements?
We run a standard screening process that includes a credit check and other background screening. Applicants need to show proof of income with a household income of 3x the monthly rent.
Note: We do not accept guarantors or co-signers.
8) Are utilities included in rent?
Utilities are not included in rent at Hallfield Apartments. Your monthly costs may include resident-paid utilities such as electric, water/sewer, and trash. We can walk you through what to expect for your specific unit.
